Coca-Cola celebrates its 125-year projections animated 3D.

To celebrate the 125th anniversary of one of the world's most popular soft drinks, Coca-Cola held a show 3D projections on building its main office in the city of Atlanta, United States.

Projections began on Friday (6/5) and follow to the end of the month. According to a spokesperson for Coca-Cola, we used a total of 45 projectors to simulate the 3D effect and animations.

The campaign also has a social aspect: all those users to tan the brand page on Facebook will appear in 3D projections.

Advice Needed for Projector

Hi - I need some advice. I have an exhibition coming up & I need to project a video animation. I need to use a multi-media projector, but can not afford to buy a new one (& rentals for 1 month are extremely expensive). Does anyone have any ideas of where I can find a great deal or any other alternative for getting this type of equipment for a reasonable price???? Thanks.

I am trying to get a transparency made of a picture that I want to paint onto the wall. Where could I go to get that transparency made? Also, if you know the answer to a second part of my question...Where can I rent an overhead projector in Sicklerville, NJ?

    • I went to a print shop (not Kinkos). Call them first, ask if they do transparencies and then ask the cost. I think mine was $6 but that was a few years ago.

  • Avatar Sheldon Cooper I am wanting something like an overhead projector where I can project a picture onto a wall. Can I make one?

I am talking about the simple things teachers used to use to project their notes on a wall. I am not talking about a movie projector.

I want to paint a mural on a child's wall and want the projector to help transfer images from a coloring book to a wall.

It seems like all I would need would be mirrors, a bright beam light and transparencies to make my own. Can anyone help me?

    • I once gave a talk where I wanted an "opaque projector" to project photographs from a book onto a screen. I asked teachers, rental places, churches -- every place I could think of -- and failed to find one. Eve …aintly with pencil, or by placing pencil dots where the corners fall. Then you copy the lines in each small square into its corresponding larger one. Dividing the picture this way helps preserve the existing proportions.
